Solarium Optimum™ offers you an innovative, light, 3-seasons modular sunroom concept and a quality factory-assembled product. Designed and engineered to be easily installed by a home handyman, it is ideal for the do-it-yourselfer. There is a variety of options, colors and models to meet your needs and budget requirements. The roof is glazed in clear, tempered glass. All other glazing is available in "smoke" or "charcoal" elastomer* for your comfort and privacy.

Unique overhang reduces cleaning and maintenance Vancouver

Solarium Optimum™ is the only 3-season sunroom that features:

a roof overhang (eave)

	Protects the vertical glazing from debris (leaves, twigs, dust etc) from the roof to cling to the walls
	eliminates streaking

single-hung vertical sliding windows

	Provide unimpeded ventilation from the top
	offer no challenges for opening to the right or to the left, inward or outward

	Aside from providing superior ventilation, the screens block over 30% of the heat from the sun in summer but, because they retract when the windows are closed, they allow more passive solar heat to build-up inside the solarium in winter, when you really need all the free heat you can muster
	There is a self-cleaning strip at the top of the screen housing, sweeping off dust before the screen is stored safely away as the screens retract

The ECLIPSE sunroom by Solarium Optimum™ is a new and innovative concept with a permanently installed awning roof (4 seasons), just like all Solarium Optimum Inc. products. It will protect you against the heat of the sun’s rays and shelter you from bad weather in all seasons.

The self-cleaning roof material does not have to be removed in winter. The permanent and light structure allows installing the ECLIPSE sunroom on most balconies. It is a great-looking room and it is available in a choice of 4 popular colors to mix/match your home's exterior. The ECLIPSE wall structure is the same quality construction as our 3 seasons sunrooms. For protection against bugs and to promote ventilation, the sunrooms can be equipped with screens and/or retractable screens mounted on single-hung type window.

Comfort is assured, thanks to windows that open from the top, providing ventilation towards the ceiling in order to assure a better air flow!

As heat builds-up inside the sunroom, the warmer air tends to rise. By opening the windows from the top, you release the warm air allowing cooler air to circulate.
