The reason you may have noticed the absence of pricing on our site is that the majority of our products are custom-built to site-specific engineering requirements in compliance with your local building code. These can and do usually vary significantly from one community to another and occasionally the differences are even greater at various elevations. For instance, if the project you are considering is at the higher elevations, the building code usually requires stronger buildings able to withstand a greater snow-load than if you were at sea-level. This will usually mean either a different structural design and/or larger, heavier profiles to comply with the local regulations at a particular elevation.

To produce a reasonably accurate budget pricing, it will be important for you to let us know where this project is to be built. Because all our products are subject to the IBC 2006 building code and will be built in compliance with your local building department for structural adequacy, please ensure that you complete the form including the physical address, province/state and the postal code or ZIP code. We will contact the permits office in your community and work with them to ensure that you do not encounter any unpleasant surprise as your project moves closer to reality. This process, in some communities, may take up to a few weeks depending on their workload and policies.


Although there is no fee for preparing a quote we ask you to please be considerate. Preparing a quote is a time-consuming exercise. If you are more interested in simply getting an approximate price for budgeting purposes, please let us know. We will do our best to give an idea as to what your project may cost but please be aware that pricing, under those conditions, may vary significantly when we find out what your community expects in terms of structural compliance typically based upon weather and soil conditions.

The requirements for us to prepare any kind of pricing will vary significantly based on which product most closely meets your expectations. Note that we have used a wide range of "icons" representing some of the more popular applications. If your project does not look anything like what we have posted on this site, please note that we do full custom-designs to meet your wants and needs. Simply send us a free-hand sketch or your architect's drawings along with a few site photos so that we may familiarize ourselves with your project. This would provide us with at least something that will give us a starting point. You may mail them, eMail them or fax them to us. You will get a prompt response at least acknowledging receipt of your request.
